Hi all,

I have just tagged the spiped-1.4.1 source tree and uploaded the release
tarball to the http://www.tarsnap.com/spiped.html . The SHA256 hash of
the release tarball is
0eeb4b8a94df985cfb60f452ced75f30509105a120ca09f740507c496c15c4f8

This is a minor update to 1.4.0 and has just two changes:
* The build problems (on OS X and possibly other systems) noted here
immediately after 1.4.0 was released have been fixed.
* The code tries harder to evade compiler optimizations in order to zero
out buffers containing cryptographic data when they are no longer needed.

Thanks to Dominyk Tiller and Frederick Akalin for reporting the OS X build
problems and testing the fix.

Hey Colin,

Thanks for the quick turnaround on this, Appreciate that.

Just confirming this version does indeed compile perfectly on OS X
without the need for any changes to the code. Nice work!

As luck would have it, I just noticed another (teeny tiny) problem:
the version number and date in the spipe/spiped man pages are out of
date (spiped 1.3.0 April 2, 2013).

*sigh*

Too late now... I'm not going to do another release just for a version
number bump. But please remind me when I do the next release. ;-)
